i think the colors look great. you can tell you spent alot of time making it look good. My only thing is the bg. i bet you spent a lot of time on that too but there's no real mood to the lighting (the grass is green the wall is gray, etc) Especially with stain glass, you could have that playing up a lot of light and atmosphere of the pic. But that's just my two cents

overall you did a nice job, in 90% of the place the shading is well done (the BG looks a little dull but i would imagine by the time you go there you were so tired of this pic you just didn't care anymore)
the only thing that i think looks odd is the shading on the skirt, the highlights just seems to do whatever they want with no particular light source and no sense of flow in the fabric... that being said i do like how the shading looks i just think you need to place things more naturally
so yeah... other then that very good job
out of curiosity whats up with the one finger closest to us on the extended hand did you accidently erase some of the layer because it has an odd dimple that would really only be there if her finger was bent slightly.
but yeah... i do like the pic, take a break and then get right back to work... lol

In any case! Thank you for the C+C. I really do have problems with BGs, and by the time I got to the BG on this image I was just fed up with it ( Lol, that happens to me when I spend so long on an image... ) I plan to eventually re-do the BG, once I've got more practice.

I love the dress, the coloring and the shading. For some reason, though, Kat captivates my eyes more than the male in front of her. Maybe I'm just attracted to the colors? XD
